Mike is the oldest of the three brothers, started with Donn Maule in 2003 as a file clerk. He obtained his agent's license in 2010 and bought out Donn with his brothers in 2012, becoming The MJP Insurance Group, LLC.

Paul the youngest of the three brothers, worked for Donn Maule, the previous owner, on and off for a few years leading up the buyout in 2012, he obtained his P&C insurance license in 2013. Paul also obtained his Life and Health Insurance license in 2014.
